All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days but can take up to 12 business days on busier weeks, and THEN your order will ship.
*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate *Please double check your cart and shipping information when ordering. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once placed! The Hoffman Antique Boutique is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages you must work with the shipping provider.

We are not responsible for any in international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery. If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost.

– Yes, all our items are genuine antiques, not modern reproductions.
Do you provide a gift box?
Yes, we can arrange our special gift box for you. Please contact us before placing your order.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
– We offer two options: standard international tracked shipping and express shipping with DHL Express, with delivery times of 2-4 working days.
